Terms and Conditions of Sales

ODINWIN does business with importers and wholesalers from more countries and regions worldwide, to better service you and assure our business go on smoothly, we set down below terms and conditions.

Order Quantity
*Minimum order quantity we could accept is $1500 per item.
*Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel at special time. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reasonable reason.
*We will possibly ship 3% more or less for the reason of filling a whole container.

Payment Terms
*L/C, T/T, T/T at deposit, D/P at sight and etc. are all accepted in the convenience of customers' needs.
*But if more than 5 items are ordered for a container (20', 40', or 40' HQ), L/C are not accepted.
*We prefer to do T/T at 30% deposit.

Quality Assurance
*We always provide merchandise of customer-required quality, or as good quality as possible to enhance our clients' business.
*In case there is any serious damage or huge mistakes on products, we will compensate for all the loss on convictive evidence.

Packaging Design & Trademarks Protection
*If order quantity more than $1500 per item, we can design packaging for customers with their trademarks and bar code or others, and also can make packaging follow customers' artwork.
*If customer no demands on packaging or order quantity not more than $1500 per item, we will use natural packaging.
*We protect customers' trademarks, and we will never ship trademarked products to third party or unrelated parties.
